All rates include GST and Australian dollars. To be entitled to the early bird registration fee you must have registered and paid by the official closing date for ‘Early Bird’ registration, 28th February, 2018.

'Not for Profit' Group Registration

'Not for Profit' Group registration is offered when a single 'Not for Profit' entity registers three (3) or more participants.

To enquire about a group registration please email the Conference Managers at l.wilson@happenings.com.au.

The list of participants must be emailed to the Conference Managers twenty one (21) days prior to the commencement of the Conference.

Credit Card

Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa. We cannot process Diners Club or American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to MIE Software Pty.Ltd. Port Melbourne.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Registration Fees

Cancellations before 16th February 2018 will incur an A$75.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations from 16th February, 2018 to 15th March, 2018 will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after 15th March, 2018 there will be no refund.
